When your [listing] reaches its [expiry date] which is usually 270 days from the original submission the listing is removed from the sites search results. Your listing will appear in User UI > Properties > Expired Section, select [expired property] and click appropriate [Actions] button then select [re-list]. You will be taken to the [payment page].
