If you have joined the site as a [sole agent] without firstly joining the site as an Agency and adding Agents from the membership interface then you will have to contact support to get your Agent account associated with your Agency. Note the [email address] you contact us with must be from the same domain as the company you want to be associated with. State your [username] and the Agency you wish to associate with, in the email.
